| 摘 要： | 党内民主是党的生命。尊重党员主体地位和保障党员民主权利是推进党内民主建设的基础，但目前党内民主建设滞后的现状制约着党员主体地位的实现和民主权利的行使，因此，要以尊重党员主体地位和保障党员民主权利为主导，着力推进党内建设，只有这样，党内民主建设才能健康向前发展。
