| 摘 要： | 经济犯罪是一种新的犯罪形态，在我国市场经济体制建立期间，经济犯罪行为，犯罪心理，以及判刑入狱的经济犯的结构方面，服刑改造心理，都具有明显的特征。根据这些特征，采取有针对性的教育改造措施和方法，对提高经济犯的改造质量是十分必要的。

| Abstract: | Economic crime is a new form of crime. During the period of setting up market economy system, eco- nomic crimes, criminal psychology, the structure of sentenced economic criminal and the reform psychology have distinc- tive characteristics. It' s quite necessary to take some specific educational reform measures and methods to improve the quality of economic criminals reform in accordance with these characteristics. |
