| 摘 要： | 现代人才观和公安工作的发展,要求公安专业人才必须具备过硬的专业知识、技能与素质,同时应具有较强的融通性和创新性。依据公安高等学校本科人才的培养目标,公安高等学校本科层次人才培养必须兼顾具体专业的专门知识与专业技能的传授与培养、公安通用基础知识与基本技能的传授与培养、通识性知识和综合素质的传授与培养。
