| Abstract: | In the face of China' s accession to the WTO, Tianjin, in confirmation with three historical task of city development within the next 5-10 year, will adapt itself to the new situation, insist on the direction of openingup, scientific and technological, service style. Meanwhile, Tianjin will give prominence to the work of structural adjustment, technological innovation and opening to the outside world, advancing with the era together, in order to support itself in the woods among the cities of the world. |
