成都统筹城乡户籍制度改革研究

Study on The Integrated Urban and Rural Household Registration System Reform in Chengdu

Chengdu urban and rural household registration system reform,is the largest since the founding of the household registration system reform.In order to achieve the objective of urban and rural areas,to build new forms of urban and rural integration,establishing equality of urban and rural public service system,urban-rural interaction and mutual development.Chengdu economic strength is not strong,legal reform policy system is not perfect,the peasants and rural property rights issues need to be addressed.Balancing urban and rural development and the reform of household registration system is an integrated process,need to be promoting the rural economic strength,accelerate the process of household registration reform legislation,regulating property right circulation in rural areas,nurturing culture,common development,and promote each other to achieve the integration of economic and social development in Chengdu.
