| 摘 要： | 我国残疾人高等教育面临新的发展机遇。但因为基础相对薄弱，发展面临诸多挑战。需要从高等教育价值取向、残疾人高等教育布局、师资队伍建设、教育与就业、残疾人高等教育理论研究等多方面加以改进。

| Abstract: | Higher education in China is facing new opportunity. However ,due to a relatively poor foundation, development is being challenged by various aspects. We need to make unremitted effort to improve from many different areas like value orientation of higher education, layout of higher education of disabled people, teacher-team building ,education and employment as well as theory research on higher education of disabled people. |
