广西金融生态环境的现状及对策

加强金融生态环境建设,有利于广西吸引资金,提高金融业整体的竞争力和区域经济的宏观调控能力,提高广西商业银行资产质量,实现区域经济金融安全。目前广西金融业存在总体规模偏小、资源配置不优、信贷投放单一、市场结构失衡、产权制度缺陷、信用体系未立、法律制度不全、经济基础薄弱等制约因素,需要制定适宜发展的金融政策,设计进退有效的市场路径,打造流通顺畅的融资平台,构建灵活有效的监管体系,建立科学规范的产权制度,构筑全面立体的信用体系,完善规避风险的法律制度,创建稳定协调的长效机制,助推方兴未艾的县域经济,调整产业失衡的经济结构以改善金融生态环境。

The Financial Status of the Ecological Environment in Guangxi and Its Countermeasures

Strengthening the construction of financial ecological environment is helpful for Guangxi to attract capital, raise the competitiveness of its financial industry and the macro-control capacity of its regional economy, improve the quality of assets of Guangxi commercial banks, and achieve regional economic and financial security. At present, there are disadvantages in the Guangxi financial sector, such as the overall size being too small, the allocation of resources being no optimization, credit being single, market structure being imbalance, the system of property rights being deficient, credit system being no legislation, the legal system being incomplete, economic base being weak. In order to improve the financial ecological environment, it is necessary to formulate appropriate financial policies for economic development, design a valid path of advance and retreat, build a flow platform of financing, construct a flexible and effective regulatory system, establish a scientific and standardized system of property rights, structure a comprehensive three-dimensional credit system, improve risk-averse legal system, create a stable coordinate long-term mechanism, boost the ascendant county economy, and adjust the industrial imbalance economic structure.
