| 摘 要： | 人们一般只注意到法律冲突的危害性 ,但法律冲突作为各种社会矛盾的深刻反映 ,有其一定的合理性 ,对于推进立法的完善 ,建立符合法治要求的 ,与中国国情相适应的分权机制和利益平衡机制具有积极的意义。

| Abstract: | People normally pay their attention to the negative aspect of the conflict of law.However, as a deep reflection of various social contradictions, it does have certain rationality. This essay analyses the positive significance of the conflict of law in promoting the improvement of legislation, and in establishing a mechanism of the separation of powers and that of the balance of interests, which is expected to be conformed to the demands of law and accommodated to the specific situation of the country. |
