| 摘 要： | 药品安全事故原因多种多样。本文从制药企业新药R＆D投资角度分析药品事故原因。通过分析，本文认为，中国目前的药品安全规制环境使得制药企业R＆D所谓的新药获得的收益与承担的风险严重不对称是药品安全问题严重的根源。

| Abstract: | There are many causes of drug accidents.This article analyzes the causes of drug accidents based on investment decision of new drug.This article believes that China's current environment for drug safety regulation causes the serious asymmetry between the so-called benefits gained by pharmaceutical companies from R&D of new drugs and the risks to be borne by them,which constitute the root of the problem drug safety. |
