| 摘 要： | 在我国，农民占全国总人口的70％，虽然农民在民事权利享有方面与改革开放前相比有了长足的进步．但由于多种原因导致农民民事权利受侵害的案件时有发生。因此，应从立法、执法、权利保障途径、法制宣传和提高农民自身素质等方面出发，全面解决农民民事权利保障问题。
