禁止就业歧视构建和谐社会

摘    要:在当前我国社会的转型期,就业歧视的现象俯拾皆是。这对建设社会主义和谐社会是一种潜在的威胁。党和国家应当高度重视就业歧视问题,通过制度设计(主要是立法)来全面禁止就业歧视现象。综合考量我国当前严峻的就业形势和各种社会压力,禁止就业歧视,是“和谐社会”的强烈诉求,是制度文明的明智选择,是保障人权的有效途径,是我国劳动立法急需完善的重要内容。

Abstract:In China's transformation period,employment discrimination has been common,which potentially threats the efforts to build a harmonious society.The Party and government should attach great importance to the issue of employment discrimination,to prohibit such phenomena by institutional design(mainly legislation).To prohibit employment discrimination by taking overall consideration of current grave employment situation and other social pressure would be a strong aspiration of "harmonious society",a wise choice of institutional civilization, a effective way of securing human rights and an important content for improvement of labour laws.
