德国工会发展的历史考察

随着中国经济体制改革的不断深化,工会组织的重要性日益突出。考察德国工会的组织变迁过程,探究工会组织的演变原因,对于社会主义市场经济条件下中国工会组织建设具有重要的借鉴意义。德国工会的演变过程大致分为五个时期:萌芽时期、初步发展时期、调整时期、重构时期和创新时期,工会组织的历史演变与德国社会经济形势的变化具有高度一致性。

An Historical Review of the Development of Trade Unions in Germany

Along with the deepening reform of economic system of China,the importance of trade union is increasingly obvious.The review of the organizational changes of trade unions in Germany and its causes could be used for references to trade union's organizational building of China under socialist market economy. The transformation of trade unions in Germany includes five periods:sprouting period,initial development period,readjust period restructuring period and innovation period.The historical transformation of trade union is highly consistent with social and economic changes of Germany.
