| Abstract: | The highway traffic has become a very important factor that promotes the development of the national economy. The management of the highway traffic and the cultivation of the traffic police have received much attention of leading groups at all levels and all works of life. The key problem in managing well the highway traffic is the cultivation of the traffic police. And the police building by way of politics conditions the cultivation of the traffic police with the police strengthening by way of technology. |
