加入WTO公安工作面临的挑战及应对思路

我国加入WTO以后,经济犯罪可能朝国际化趋势发展,刑事犯罪有继续增长蔓延之势,对政治稳定和社会治安提出了挑战。所以,公安机关必须加强维护国家安全的紧迫性和主动性;强化动态化的管控机制,保持社会管理和社会发展的有序性;坚持群众路线,深化社会治安综合治理;依法治理,创造重典竣法的法制环境;不断加强国际间的警务合作。

Entry into WTO the Challenge Public Security Work Faces and the Responsive Way of Thinking

After China's entry into WTO,economic crime will probably be internationalized and crimes are inclined to keep on increasing and extending, which challenges political stability and public order. So public security organ must play an urgent and active part in securing national safety, intensify dynamic mechanism of the administration and control to keep social administration and development in order, adhere to the mass line and deepen the comprehensive administration of public peace, administer according to law and create the legal environment where code and laws are valued, constantly strengthen international policing cooperation.
