| Abstract: | Whirling kick is characteristic of rapid starting, more hitting points and high scoring when launching an attack, and it is frequently used with much more chances to hit the target , so it is an important skill in the battlefield of bare -handed martial arts. In the course of whirling kick skill teaching, we are required to pay attention to three teaching points, ie, the correct basic skills, good tactics awareness, perfect physical performance and special performance, and to unite theory with practice, and proceed in an orderly way and step by step. |
