| 摘 要： | 在我国,家庭暴力是不容忽视的社会问题。家庭暴力具有隐蔽性、危害性、与年龄层次和文化程度有联系的特点。其产生有历史、经济、家庭等方面的原因。公安机关必须增强责任意识和工作主动性;面向社会开展法制教育,加大执法力度;与有关部门相互配合,形成防范和惩治家庭暴力的合力和网络。

| Abstract: | In China, family Violence is a social problem which cannot be neglected. Family violence has the covert and maglinant characters and has something to do with ages and education.It' s emergence is due to the neasons of history, e-conomy and family, Public Security organ must enhance the responsibility awareness and working positivity, launch legal e-ducation to the whole society, strengthen the power of law enforcement, cooperate with relative department to form join forces and network to preuent and punish family violence. |
