| 摘 要： | 本文从大学生违法犯罪的现状分析产生的主要原因,并提出了防范大学生违法犯罪的对策,重点强调加强法制教育,加强行政法的宣传教育,这种教育的重要性远远超出了一般意义上的教育,是集政治思想、道德品质、文化知识和法律意识为一体的新型教育模式。

| Abstract: | This article, from the viewpoint of the current situation, analyses the major reason why college students break law and commit an offence, and puts forward the preventive countermeasures, laying emphasis upon strengthening legal education, strengthening propaganda and education about the administrative law. The importance of this kind of education greatly surpasses the education in a general sense.It' s a new type of educational model synthesizing political ideology, moral quality, culture, knowledge and law awareness. |
