刑事程序中的技术侦查研究

现代世界各国均重视科学技术手段在刑事侦查中的运用 ,我国立法也规定了技术侦查。本文就具有代表性的两种技术侦查 ,即测谎检查和秘密录音录象等的运用进行了研究 ,并就其适用范围、条件、程序及所获得的材料的使用提出了立法建议。

An Approach to the Technical Investigation in the Criminal Procedures

In the world today, every country attaches great importance to applying the scientific measures in criminal investigation, and the technical investigation is stipulated in Chinese criminal law.This paper is a study of two kinds of typical technical investigation-polygraph testing and electronic surveillance, and it advocates the suggestion of legislation on their applying scope, condition, procedure and the admission of information which it has obtained.
