| 摘 要： | 我国是统一的"多民族"国家,"民族团结原则"是解决我国民族团结问题重要宪法原则和基本依据。解决民族团结问题,必须以"民族团结原则"为基础,构建以原则支撑、立法、执法、司法和评价为构成要素的实施机制体系,从而为解决民族团结问题提供根本法治化路径。

| Abstract: | China is a unified "multi-ethnic" country. The principle of national Unity is an important and basic constitutional principle to solve the problem of national unity in our country. It must be based on the principle of national unity, and construct an implementation mechanism with principles, legislation, law enforcement, justice and evaluation, in order to solve the problem of national unity. Thus, it provides a fundamental path to the rule of law for solving the problem of national unity. |
