| 摘 要： | “权力的话语网络”的概念,旨在强调国家与社区的联系性及互动状态,并将国家权力以及因国家与社区的互动而延伸出的民族区域自治权、村民自治权等纳入权力网络之中。文章通过对贵州两个少数民族村寨治理实践的对比考察,指出正因为少数民族村寨多重权力话语的实践和“权力的话语网络”的存在,从而使评估治理效度面临了如何选择标准的问题。

| Abstract: | The concept of"discourse network of power"aims to emphasize the connection and interaction between the state and the community.And it to include the state power and the regional ethnic autonomy and villagers'autonomy extended by the interaction between the state and the community into the power network.Based on the investigation of governance practices in two minority villages in guizhou province,it is pointed out that evaluating governance validity faces the problem of how to select standards.Due to the practice of multiple power discourse in minority villages and the existence of"power discourse network". |
