| 摘 要： | 建设法治国家,农村是关键,但目前农村的法治现状极不理想,法律对农民处于虚置状态。从经济学角度看,对农民而言,进行诉讼,社会成本是极大的,高昂的经济成本使农民远离诉讼。"厌讼"是农民在中国农村现实条件下的一种理性选择。

| Abstract: | Countryside is the key to the construction of nation ruling by law.However,it remains unsatisfactory background of law which is absent of farmers.In a view of economics,it will take huge social cost for farmers to litigate,which keep them away from the litigation.'Weary of litigation' becomes rational choice of farmers under the such situation of Chinese countryside. |
