高职院校提高教师人文素质的必要性

摘    要:人文素质教育是大学教育的应有之义,以培养高级技术应用型人才为目标的高职教育也不例外。当前,由于高等职业院校的教师大多是理工科专业出身,在长期文理分科的教育环境下,其人文素质存在先天不足,且受到社会功利思想、实用主义等错误价值观的冲击,高职院校教师人文素质整体上较为薄弱,不足以对学生人文素质教育进行正确引导和熏陶。提高高职院校教师人文素质势在必行。

Necessity to Improve Humanistic Quality of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:Humanistic quality education is the essence of college education,including higher vocational education,whose purpose is to cultivate advanced professional application- oriented talents. At present,most professors of higher vocational colleges have some inherent problems in humanistic quality. Because their majors are science and engineering,and there has been a long- term division of liberal arts and science. What's more,influenced by utilitarianism,pragmatism and other false values,humanistic quality of professors in higher vocational colleges is weak on the whole,so they cannot guide and influence students' humanity quality very well. As a result,it is imperative to improve the humanistic quality of professors in higher vocational colleges.
