抓住"发展""教育"环节让学生党员永葆先进性

长沙民政职业技术学院党委在大学生思想政治工作中认真做好学生党员的发展工作和后续教育工作,把“发展”和“教育”有机地统一起来。一方面,在发展阶段坚持对发展对象进行严格培训和严格把关,从“入口处”严把学生党员的质量关;另一方面,注意健全和完善学生党员的后续教育机制。立足自我教育,强化党员意识;进行全方位教育,在教育中做到时间和空间的统一;采取多渠道教育形式,编织网状式的学生党员教育工作体系,使学生党员永葆先进性。

Grasping the Two Links of "Development" and "Education" to Maintain Advancement of the Student Party Members

During the work of the ideology and politics education to college students,the Communist Party of China Committee of Changsha Social Work College seriously carry out the work of recruiting new Party members and the following education,and combines "development" and "education" together.On one hand,the perspective Party members are seriously trained to secure their quality from the "entrance";on the other hand,it is highly focused to perfect the post-education system of the college student Party members: rooting self-teaching,highlighting the sense of Party membership;complying all-round education,combining time and space together;adopting multi-channel educational forms,developing a network system of education to the student Party members to maintain their advancement.
