摘    要:本文报导一例海洛因伪品的鉴定。初用GC/MS检测,图谱库检索为安乃近。但用己知安乃近对照时发现,GC保留值和质谱图都有不符之处。经实验研究,最后鉴定为乙酰甲氨基安替比林。

Abstract:A false heroine was detected being a derivative of aminophenazone. Only about two milligrams of sam-ple from a drug suspect were taken for identification. TLC and chemical reactions showed that the sampledid not contain the alkaloids of opium. By means of HP 5970B GC/MSD, some valuable information wasgiven by the GC/MS graph and library search. It was found that the molecular structure of main componentin the sample was similar to the derivative of aminophenazone. According to the principles of cleavage inmass spectra and the polar chromatographic behaviour, we suggested that the unknown sample would beacetyl substituent of aminopyrine. After preparing 4-acetylmethylaminophenazone as a reference standardand checked by GC/MS technique, the sample was unequivocally established by the identical results. It willbe learned further whether above chemical has relationship to drug abuse.
