摘    要:近年来,我国食品安全事件愈演愈烈,涉及的食品种类广泛,后果严重,这与食品生产、加工、运输、销售链条上参与者的道德丧失有直接关系。试图找到市场经济下追求利润的最低道德要求,以不伤害原则为食品安全链条上的道德底线,重建食品安全的道德防线。

Abstract:In recent years,China’s food safety accidents increasingly fierce,the involving food is wider,the consequences are more serious,this has a direct relation with the moral loss of food production,processing,transportation participants.Therefore,this paper tries to find the minimum moral requirement under the market economy,in order to reconstruction of food safety moral line under the Principle of Nonmalificence.
