| 摘 要： | 新入职公务员的来源主要是应届毕业生和有基层工作经历的社会人士，这两类人员在心理和行为上有着不同的特点。在新入职公务员组织社会化的内容选择上，既要考虑两类人员共同需要学习的内容，又要针对他们的不同特点设计差异化的社会化内容。
