| 摘 要： | 老子是人民利益的忠实捍卫者,在目睹人民痛苦,而统治者又昏庸无道、统治无术后,提出了以＂道＂为中心的领导观。老子主张以民为本,以民为重,作为理想的统治者应潜心磨炼,时刻注重自己的内在修养,达到＂微妙玄通＂的理想境界,这样才能辩证地看待和处理问题,从而实现无为而治。学习老子的领导思想,对我们今天仍有启迪。

| Abstract: | Laozi was a faithful guard of common people’s profits.After experience people’s suffering and the ruler’s incompetent.He raised a new leader ideology with the most importance to improve self-cultivation to achieve a high spiritual state.Just like this,the ruler could treat and settle the issues dialectically.Laozi’s leader ideology can still enlighten us today. |
