| 摘 要： | 加入WTO是我国融入经济全球化浪潮的重要举措,也是我国建立和完善市场经济的必然选择。房地产业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业之一,不可避免地会受到加入WTO所带来的正面影响和负面影响。因此,及时研究分析加入WTO对我国房地产业的影响已显得尤为必要。

| Abstract: | The entry into the WTO is an important move taken by China to get involved in the economic globalization,it s a necessary choice made by China in ord er to establish and perfect market ec onomy.As one of the mainstays of our n ational economy the real estate industry is inevitab ly affected by our entry into the WTO.Thus,it is necessary to study and analyze in time the effects brought by China' s entry into the WTO on our real estate industry. |
