| 摘 要： | 随着经济体制改革的不断深入 ,公安院校预算管理工作也进行着改革创新。本文从改变预算管理观念谈起 ,就平衡安排预算资金、细化预算编制方法和内容、加强财务管理和监督问题进行了探讨。
