| 摘 要： | 进一步突出思想政治工作是公安工作生命线,体现“主动性、针对性、实效性”的特点,从而更好地服务于“网格化”街面巡逻机制的实践,为最终实现“预防、震慑、减少和控制违法犯罪,增强人民群众的安全感”,按照“思想政治工作必须领先并贯穿始终”的要求,进一步加强和改进“网格化”街面巡逻中的思想政治工作。

| Abstract: | Further protruding ideological and political work is the lifeline of public security work, manifesting the "active, oriental and practically efficient" characters, better serving the practice of the street patrol mechanism of "reticulation". In order to ultimately realize "prevent, deter, reduce and control violation and crime, increase the safety feeling of the people" , compliant with the demand of " ideological and political work must precede and be implemented throughout", we will further strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of "reticulation" street patrol. |
