腐败与反腐败的文化维度——学习十七届六中全会《决定》

反腐败既是一场政治斗争,也是一场文化斗争;既要把腐败分子挖出来绳之以法,也要下大气力去改变那种笑贫不笑贪的腐败文化,在全体公民中营造廉洁光荣、腐败可耻的文化氛围。当前,我国反腐败斗争的一个突出难题在于,面对传统与现实的挑战,反腐倡廉的社会文化资源相当短缺。因此,加强廉政文化建设,将反腐败提升到反腐败文化的高度,是当前反腐败斗争中的一个重大基础性课题。

Culture Dimension of Corruption and Anti-corruption

Anti-corruption is not only a political struggle,but also a cultural struggle.We should not only bring the corruptionists to justice,but also make efforts to change the culture that greedy is more accepted than poverty and create a culture atmosphere that corruption is shameful.At present,a prominent problem of fighting corruption is the considerable shortage of culture resources of combating corruption and upholding integrity.Therefore,to enhance the culture of integrity,making anti-corruption extended to the height of anti-corruption culture,is a major and basic issue in the current fighting corruption.
