北京市居民安全感研究

本从社会治安评价和小区治安评价两个方面，围绕北京市居民对社会治安状况的主观感受与评价这一主题，进行了大量的实地调研和数据分析。本发现，居民对于公共安全的评价与对小区治安的评价，两高度相关；警察可见度、警察工作效率和警民关系，是影响居民安全感的重要因素。本提出了社区警务与统一的公共安全体系协同建设，以及加强社区建设的对策。

Study on Citizens'Sense of Security in Beijing

Taking as its study object the Beijing citizen s subjective feelings and evaluations about social security, the paper stresses that, as citizens are living in communities, the security of communities has the closest relation with the dwellers life. Based on a field survey, the paper goes through a great deal of data analysis and finds out that the appraisal made by citizens on public security is highly correlative with their evaluation on the security of their communities. Meanwhile, the presentation rate of the police, their working efficiency and their relations with citizens are important factors that affect citizens sense of security. In view of these, the paper proposes that community security service and the general public security system should be constructed synchronously. It also puts forward the measures of improving community construction.
