| Abstract: | It is one kind of worldwide tidal current of the large - scale socialized production and market e-conomic development for the staff and workers to take part in the democratic management. The position and action of the management thought of taking people as the essential in the enterprises more and more arouse the attention and concerns of the people, it has become the main stream of the theory and practice of the con-temporary business administration. It is of the essential significance to draw on the experience of foreign democratic management for propelling the development of China enterprise democratic management forward, for mobilizing the enthusiasm of the staff and workers the uttermost, promoting the enterprise reform, develop-ment and stability. |
