| Abstract: | With the enhancement of the economic system reform in China, the labor relation has being changed greatly, and the work of trade unions is facing new puzzles. We have to define the new position of trade union and explore its key advantages from the view of economics and management, which is the new way for trade union to break through the difficult point of its work and to develop. |
