Because of little original records and different points,there is almost no paper describing the backgrounds of the appearance of Maxiwu's trial mode in detail.On the basis of the other's study,the author uses a lot of original records to analysis that backgrounds,such as the survival struggle of the Shanganning Border Area,the judicial embarrassment of the courts,and the special personal qualities of Maxiwu.All these are helpful to understand Maxiwu's trial mode,and useful to reflect the present trial modes.
