| Abstract: | In order to increase their own cohesion and adhere to the Party's development view, trade unions at all levels must concentrate their efforts on developing services, improving mechanism of rights-safeguard, putting forward democratic management, strengthening and enhancing construction of trade unions. Only by doing so can the broad numbers of workers and the masses be organized and led to render meritorious service and make a distinguished career for enterprises. |
