| 摘 要： | 高等教育体制改革的深化和毕业生就业方式的转变,使得大学生职业生涯规划的重要性日益突出.文中从职业生涯规划的含义及其对大学生就业和社会发展的意义入手,通过对大学生职业生涯规划现状尤其是对大学生职业价值观的实证分析,提出了具有可操作性的对策和建议.

| Abstract: | Deepening the reforms of higher education system and the shift of way of employment for graduates leads to the increasing importance of professional plan for college students. From the views of the definition of professional plan for college students and its significance to employment for college graduates and social development, this thesis analyses the status - quo of the plan, especially the occupational values of college students, and proposes some efficient countermeasures and advice. |
