| Abstract: | This article tries to discuss the author's viewpoint from the basic meaning, the objective foundation, the legal bases, the problems and the countermeasures of the financial autonomy of the minority autonomous regions. It expounds the detailed methods to reach the financial autonomy of other countries, and the practice and the exhibition of the financial autonomy in China. And it dissertates the benefit of the financial autonomy to the development of the minority autonomous regions' economy and society, too. |
