| 摘 要： | 新加坡警察实行三级管理体制及运行机制，即警署、邻里警局和邻里警岗。其运行模式已有二十多年，新加坡的罪案率逐年降低，已引起国际社会的普遍关注。新加坡警察的管理，在于科学合理地对人力资源与物质资源进行了有效配置，在运用信息技术，提高管理水平等方面做到了“精细化管理”。其管理理念值得我们学习。

| Abstract: | Singapore police carries out the three-class management system,that is police bureau,neighborhood police bureau and neighborhood police hillock.It has been carried out for more than twenty years.The crime rate has been decreased year by year,which has attracted the attention from the whole world.The management of the Singapore police depends on the effective configuration of the human resource and the material resource.And they use the information technology to improve the management and get the fine manage... |
