摘    要:在教育现代化进程中,为兼顾民族教育发展的民族性需要,民族师范院校必须培养具有地方性知识与跨文化教学能力的少数民族教师。扎根地方性知识与建构地方课程,成为新课改背景下民族师范院校教师教育课程建设的现实需要与价值诉求。基于地方性知识的特点与民族教师教育的多重属性,建构少数民族教师教育地方课程必须坚持方向性、民族性、科学性与发展性相统一的原则,在多元主体协同合作下,从学科课程、实践课程与校园文化建设三方面对民族地区地方性知识进行深度阐释与系统整合。

Abstract:In the process of education modernization,to meet the requirements of the national characteristics and ethnicity of minority education,minority teachers must be cultivated with local knowledge and intercultural teaching ability in ethnic normal college.Therefore,construction of local curriculum rooting in local knowledge has become the realistic needs and value pursuit of ethnic normal university teacher education curriculum reforms.Based on the characteristics and limitations of local knowledge,ethnic normal college local curriculum development must stuck to the principle that unifies directionality,ethnicity,scientificalness and development,taking in-depth interpretation of local knowledge in ethnic areas from the theoretical curriculum,practical courses and campus culture construction under the cooperation of multiple subjects.
