民族地区农村基层社会治理法治化探索——基于“法治中国”背景下广西田林县“农情乡解”的实证研究

坚持走中国特色社会主义法治道路是"法治中国"建设的路径选择,民族地区农村社会治理法治化是中国特色社会主义法治体系的重要组成部分。广西百色市田林县在推进"法治中国"建设工作中,结合当地民族地区农村基层社会实际,探索建立维护基层社会稳定的长效机制,开展"农情乡解"工作实践,构建因地制宜、多元合力、为民解忧的农村基层社会治理法治化体系,是民族地区探索构建法治保障的社会治理体制。

Exploration on the Legalization of Rural Grassroots Social Governance in the Ethnic Area:An Empirical Study of the "Agricultural Situation and Village Solution" in Tianlin County,Guangxi Based on the "Rule of Law China"

Adhering to the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is the path choice for the construction of"rule of law China".The rule of law in rural social governance in ethnic areas is an important part of the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics.In promoting the construction of"rule of law China",Tianlin County,Baise City,Guangxi,combined with the reality of rural grassroots society in the local ethnic areas,explored the establishment of a long-term mechanism to maintain grassroots social stability,carried out the practice of"agricultural situation and solution",and built local conditions and multiple synergies.The rule of law system for rural grassroots social governance for the people is a social governance system for the exploration and construction of the rule of law in ethnic areas.
