少数民族聚居区养老机构效率及选择偏好研究

文章以少数民族聚居区的养老机构为研究对象,基于北京市统计数据,运用DEA模型对北京市16个少数民族聚居区县的养老机构效率进行评估,分析得出北京市少数民族聚居区养老机构整体效率低下,城市与环城市区差异较大的结果。在此基础上,通过对少数民族聚居区老年人的问卷调查,结合安德森模型得出影响其养老机构选择偏好的影响因素,发现少数民族老年人在促能因素与需要因素影响最大,并提出相关建议与对策。

Research on Efficiency and Preference of Pension Institutions in Minority Areas

Based on the statistical data of Beijing, this paper evaluates the efficiency of pension institutions in 16 minority areas and counties in Beijing by using DEA model. The results show that the overall efficiency of pension institutions in minority areas in Beijing is low, and there is a big difference between cities and surrounding cities. On this basis, through the questionnaire survey of the elderly in ethnic minority areas, combined with Anderson model, the influencing factors of their preference for the choice of pension institutions are obtained. It is found that the energy-promoting factors and needs factors of the elderly in ethnic minority areas have the greatest impact, and relevant suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
