| 摘 要： | 承继石门坎苗族发展历史的"民族文化"扶贫定位,基于以民族文化教育促进"扶智"、以民族文艺精品强化"扶志"、依民族文化激活公共服务效能、依民族文化旅游提升经济效益的路径走向,有助于全面发挥民族文化在石门乡脱贫攻坚中的"育民、励民、惠民、富民"价值,推动乡村"脱贫底线"与"振兴高线"的有机对接,促进形成可持续发展模式。
