| 摘 要： | 民族经济治理中基本坚持非制度管理为主,习惯法治理为辅的模式。换言之,以民族习惯法为源头的经济治理是民族地区维持经济的基本法则。民族地区经济治理模式的现代化延伸和法制经济的持续是民族地区经济治理法制化的集中反映。因此,探究经济治理中习惯法务必要注重民族地区传统经济治理方式的类化,以民族地区经济治理中的习惯法源头为切入点,透析民族经济治理习惯法的运用与特色凸显成为必然趋势。

| Abstract: | Ethnic economic governance basically adhered to the mode of non institutional management, supplemented by customary law. In other words, economic governance with ethnic customary law as the source is the basic rule of maintaining the economy in ethnic minority areas. The modernization extension of the economic governance mode and the sustainable development of the legal economy in minority areas are the concentrated reflection of the legalization of economic governance in ethnic regions. Therefore, it is inevitable for the exploration of customary legal affairs in ethnic economic governance to explore the classification of traditional economic governance in minorities and to study the application and characteristics of customary law in ethnic economic governance from the origin of customary law. |
