内蒙古牛产业文化研究——以通辽地区为例

通辽地区的自然环境为当地牛产业的发展提供了适宜的条件,优良的草场造就了当地多样化的优良牛种质,并以此产生了一系列生态效益。通辽地区的生态环境对当地社会文化的发展具有重要影响。目前,通辽地区的牛产业逐渐形成了工业化的生产模式,若干知名企业的发展又孕育并弘扬了当地的民族社会文化。基于当地蒙古牛种日益减少的局面,应提高保护蒙古牛地方品种的意识,并加强改良牛种及外来牛种的控制和检疫,保障通辽地区牛产业的安全和牛产业文化的传承。同时要保护草原生态环境,积极推进现代畜牧业的发展及推动牧区现代化。

Culture of Inner Mongolian Cattle Industry:A Case of Tongliao

Natural environment of Tongliao offers proper condition to development of local cattle industry, and the fine pasture makes diversified and fine sorts of cattle, producing a series of ecological benefits consequently. Ecological environment of Tongliao plays an essential role in development of social culture. Cattle industry of Tongliao has formed industrialized production patterns gradually. Development of several well-known enterprises cultivates and carries forward social culture of native groups in turn. Number of local cattle is decreasing, so awareness of protection for it should be enhanced by improving control and quarantine of refined and alien types in order to guarantee safety of local cattle industry and inheritance of cattle industry culture. Meanwhile, it is necessary to protect ecological environment of pasture and promote modern animal husbandry and modernization of pasturing areas.
