摘    要:从双语教育的根本目的来看,不仅是单纯的语言学习,而是培养既能适应现代社会生活,又能有效传承与发扬本民族文化的双文化人。因此,在少数民族双语教育过程中,需要积极融入民族文化,平衡汉文化、本民族文化以及其他少数民族文化的输入及输出,这样才能既提升语言学习效果,又能培养少数民族国家认同感、民族认同感,树立文化自信,推动中华文化繁荣。目前的双语教育中普遍存在着文化冲突与文化失衡问题,需要识别并系统审视少数民族双语教育中文化要素,加强各要素直接的配合与协调,并以文化回应为基础提升教学成效。

Abstract:By referring to the fundamental purpose of bilingual education, bilingual education is not a simple language learning, but to cultivate persons who can adapt to modern social life and inherit and carry forward their national culture effectively. Therefore, in the process of bilingual education of ethnic minorities, it is necessary to actively integrate the national culture and balance the input and output of Chinese culture, local culture and other minority cultures. In this way,we can not only improve the effect of language learning, but also foster national identity, cultural confidence and promote the prosperity of Chinese culture. However, in the current bilingual education, there is a common problem of cultural conflict and imbalance. It is necessary to identify and systematically examine the cultural elements in the bilingual education of ethnic minorities, strengthen the direct coordination of the various elements, and improve the teaching effectiveness on the basis of cultural response.
