新时代少数民族大学生实践教育有效实现研究

新时代面对不断变化的社会环境和日益激烈的国际竞争,只有推进实践教育,使大学生在社会实践中不断提高自身的综合素质和能力,才能更好的适应社会发展需求。现阶段我国少数民族大学生实践教育仍然存在着一些问题,需要建立完善的机制来解决。本文在对现阶段我国少数民族大学生实践教育开展状况的研究基础上,分析阐述了新时代少数民族大学生进行实践教育的必要性,并从国家、社会、少数民族高校以及实践单位等多个方面进行分析研究,提出了新时代少数民族大学生实践教育的有效实现路径。

Research on the Effective Realization of the Practical Education of Minority College Students in the New Era

In the new era, in the face of ever-changing social environment and increasingly fierce international competition, only by continuously promoting practical education, college students can continuously improve their comprehensive quality and ability in social practice in order to better adapt to the needs of social development. At present, there are still some problems in the practical education of minority college students in China, and it is necessary to establish a sound mechanism to solve it. Based on the research on the development of practical education for minority college students in China, this paper analyzes and expounds the necessity of practical education for minority college students in the new era,and conducts from the national, social, minority colleges and practice units. Analytical research has put forward an effective way to realize the practical education of minority college students in the new era.
