习近平民族法治重要论述及时代价值探析

十八大以来,习近平以马列主义民族理论中国化为引领,围绕民族工作做出了一系列加强民族法治建设的重要论述,开拓了马克思主义新境界,为我国少数民族地区和民族地区加强法治建设提供了强大精神支撑。鉴于此,论文通过挖掘习近平民族法治重要论述的思想源泉,整理其思想精髓,从而在揭示习近平民族法治重要论述所凸显的时代价值。

On the Important Discussions on the Rule of Law of the Common People in Xi Jinping's Period and the Value of Timeliness

Since the 18 th National Congress, Xi Jinping, guided by the Sinicization of Marxist-Leninist national theory,has made a series of important expositions on strengthening the construction of national rule of law around ethnic work,opened up a new realm of Marxism, and provided strong spiritual support for strengthening the construction of rule of law in ethnic minority areas and ethnic areas in China. In view of this, this paper aims to reveal the value of the times highlighted by Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the rule of law of the civilian nationality by digging out the ideological source of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the rule of law of the civilian nationality and sorting out its ideological essence.
