改土归流与地方社会转型——以明清之际川东威远卫的置废变革为例

明廷于万历年间在播州地区实施改土归流,给西南地区的社会经济发展带来了活力。播州经郡县化改革后析变为两府,辖二州七县,并分隶川黔两省。随后,遵义府所辖遵义、仁怀二县又划拨出部分田地、人口,并以此创置了威远卫。明清之际威远卫辖地因地方战乱和社会冲突屡遭劫难,同时又因治所变迁造就了生界地区的繁荣。论文通过对威远卫政区属性、兵士来源、辖区变化和治所迁移等方面的分析,试图阐释改土归流后播州地区的社会转型现象。

Bureaucratization of Native Officers and Transformation of Regional Society:A Case Study on the Establishment,Abolition and Transformation of Weiyuanwei

Ming court carried out a series of reforms in Bozhou area during Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty,which brought new changes to the socio-economic development of Southwest China.After the county-level reforms,Bozhou agency was divided into two prefectures,two states and seven counties,which was affiliated to Sichuan and Guizhou.Then Zunyi and Renhuai which were under the charge of Zunyi mansion set part of the population and land aside to found Weiyuanwei.Weiyuanwei was continually plagued by local wars and social conflicts during the late Ming and early Qing.However,for the change of governance,it became prosperous.The thesis aims to explain the phenomenon of social transformation in Bozhou area after this reform from the property of administration,the sources of soldiers,the changes of jurisdiction,the shift of governance about Weiyuanwe.
