少数民族地区金融扶贫问题研究

贫困是困扰人类社会经济发展和人类自身发展的重大问题。党中央一直高度重视扶贫开发工作,党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央将脱贫攻坚工作推向新的阶段,取得一系列重大成果,形成了以精准扶贫为核心的扶贫开发重要战略思想。自中央作出关于打赢脱贫攻坚战的决定以来,关于少数民族地区金融扶贫的研究进展较快,学术队伍不断壮大,研究成果逐渐丰富,主要体现在对金融扶贫的基本概念、特征与实践等方面的分析。现有研究也存在问题:少数民族地区金融扶贫研究队伍急需扩大,研究成果的数量及质量有待提高,金融精准扶贫及风险防控机制研究需要加强,金融扶贫研究的整体性和系统性需要深化,金融扶贫法治保障、脱贫稳贫机制需要强化。

Study on Financial Poverty Alleviation in Ethnic Minority Region Areas

Poverty is a major problem that puzzles the development of human society and economy and the development of human beings themselves, so the the Party Central Committee has been attaching great importance to poverty alleviation and development. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the Party Central Committee has pushed the Poverty alleviation project to a new stage led by Xi jinping, and resulted?in?major?achievements, forming the important strategic thought of poverty alleviation and development with targeted poverty alleviation?as its core. Since Party Central Committee made a decision to win the battle against poverty, the study of the financial poverty alleviation has been developing fast, and the studying staff has been increasing , therefore the research results has got enriched, all of which are manifested in the basic concepts, characteriticis and practices of the financial poverty alleviation, etc. However, there are still many challengess, such as the research team of financial poverty alleviation in ethnic minority region areas needs to be expanded urgently, and the quantity and quality of the research results need to be improved, last but not the least, the research on financial precision poverty alleviation and risk prevention and control mechanism needs to be strengthened, and the integrity and systematicness of the research on financial poverty alleviation needs to be deepened, the study on the guarantee of the law concerning financial poverty alleviation the mechanisms for anti-poverty and consoling the people in poverty needs to be strengthened.
